By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.1. General Information- I am a digital artist specializing in character art and design- I’ll be accepting a limited number of commissions at a time. The number of slots may vary, so feel free to reach out to see if I have openings.2. Commission Process- Inquiry: To request a commission, please contact me via Social media or email- Details: Let me know what you have in mind! Share any specifics like character descriptions, references, and what style you’re looking for.- Quote: I will provide a quote based on the complexity and details of the commission.3. Payment Info- I take payments via PayPal
All Prices are in USD- Payments under 10$: Full payment is required before I start work on your commission.- Payments 10$ and over: I take 50% non-refundable deposit before work on your commission can begin. The rest is due when I finish the artwork.- Your slot will only be secured once initial payment is received.- Final artwork (full quality, without a watermark) may only be sent after I have received your payment in full.4. Turnaround TimeTurnaround time for commissions can vary based on my current workload and the complexity of the piece. Generally, I aim to complete commissions within 2-4 weeks, but I’ll keep you updated on the progress and let you know if anything changes.5. Revisions- You are entitled to 2 revisions during the sketch phase. Major changes after the sketch is approved may incur additional fees.- Minor adjustments can be made after the final piece is completed, but significant changes may require additional payment.6. Copyright and Usage- I retain the copyright to all commissioned artwork. You may use the artwork for personal use, including displaying it on social media, but you may not claim it as your own.- Commercial use of the artwork (e.g., selling prints, merchandise) requires a separate agreement and additional fees.- You may not use my art, commissioned or otherwise for any AI related purposes i.e training or generation.7. Cancellation and Refunds- If you need to cancel your commission, please notify me as soon as possible. The deposit is non-refundable.- If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.8. Communication- Please allow 1-3 days for a response to inquiries.9. Final Delivery- The final artwork will be sent as a PNG unless requested otherwise.- Please ensure that you provide the correct email or contact information for delivery if necessary.10. Changes to TermsI reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients.By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
